I love this place, just came across it today. I love the area, and the place looks so cosy and gorgeous. Love the cute kitchen and bathroom. LOVE the inner courtyard – I’ve always wanted one of these.

AND, I almost have enough money to buy it, too. If it doesn’t get snapped up and/or I can talk the price down, I may just be able to do it.

I bought my first home on December 31, 2005. We moved in over New Year’s Eve and the following two days. We are very happy with our house and will have it paided off in 14 years instead of the 30 years we took the mortage out for. I like the feeling I’m going to get most of the money I put into it (via repairs and the mortage) as opposed to just throwing the money away on rent!!

Want to buy a private house

I always lived in a private house (with parents) and dreamed about a living in a flat. But when I tried to live alone in my dream’s flat, my dreams had gone – noise, bad neighbours, pedantic owners that didn’t let to have any animals even in a cage living with me, etc. I became too tired and too nervous from all of this. Time after time I’m dreaming about buying a private house for me, my bf. and some animals.

I wish that house would be 1,5-2 floors height. Having little cute kitchen inside, big living room, warm and light bathroom and wc, cute sleeping room, and surely perfect work-room. I could sit on a sofa, eat some food and watch tv by my loving man. And my animals (german shepherd dog and a little cute decor. rabbit) could be anywhere they want.

That’s why I hate living with people who doesn’t let to make my dreams come true!
